  • want to make a complaint if your (or someone else's) rights under the Queensland Charter of Victims' Rights have not been upheld.
  • would like to provide feedback on your or someone else's experience as a victim of crime in Queensland (note, this may be anonymous).

Please note, we cannot investigate or prosecute crimes, make an agency change a decision, make police investigate a crime or charge someone, or request disciplinary action to be taken against an employee.
