The best way to ask us a question or give us feedback is by using our online contact form.
If you are unable to use the online contact form, you can also:
- download and complete a copy of the contact form, and email it to contact@victimscommissioner.qld.gov.au or post it to GPO Box 1435, Brisbane QLD 4001
- email us with your question or feedback at contact@victimscommissioner.qld.gov.au
- phone us on 1800 714 100 between 8.30am and 1pm Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. You can leave a voicemail if you call us outside these hours and we will return your call.
If you would like us to respond, we need your name and contact details. You can also give anonymous feedback.

Getting help to report crime, cope, recover and heal
We are not a support service and cannot case manage your experience through a criminal justice process. This means we:
- cannot provide financial assistance or make decisions about financial assistance.
- cannot help with financial assistance applications for Victim Assist Queensland
- are not able to provide crisis support.
- cannot help you to report a crime to Police.
- cannot investigate an alleged crime.
- cannot change the outcome of a Police investigation or a court process.
- cannot provide you with legal advice or direct support through a court process.
